About this tool
When a site won't load, the first question is is it down for everyone, or just me? This tool loads the page from Cloudflare's network — outside your office, ISP and VPN — and reports what it saw: the HTTP status, how long the server took to answer, where redirects led, and whether HTTPS worked.
Up means the server answered normally (including 401/403 "access denied", which still proves it's running). Up, with problems covers slow answers (over 3 seconds), error pages like 404 or 500, broken HTTPS, and redirect loops. Down means no answer at all: the domain doesn't resolve, the connection was refused or timed out, or a gateway such as Cloudflare or a load balancer couldn't reach the server behind it (502, 503, 504, 52x).
If it's up here but not for your user, look locally: try another network or
mobile data, flush DNS (ipconfig /flushdns), disable the VPN or proxy, and check
the firewall or web filter. Compare the resolved IP with what nslookup returns on the
user's machine — a mismatch points to stale DNS.
For safety, only public websites on the standard ports (80/443) can be checked — private and internal addresses are refused, including redirects to them. Checks are limited to 10 per minute per network.
